Engin Taşkan is from Istanbul and is a Tax Inspector in the Turkish Ministry of Finance.  He graduated from Uludag University in 2010 with a degree in Finance, followed by eighteen months of further study in the US, before joining the Finance Ministry in 2014.  He is studying for an MSc in Accounting & Finance at the University of Greenwich.
